Return Policy

We are always delighted to ship all the products that you love, but in case you don’t, not to worry. We will happily accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition at time of purchase. 

For items purchased on Kaarpas.com, we offer a full refund (with the exception of gift wrapping and shipping expenses associated with the order) if they are returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase. 

For items not purchased on Kaarpas.com, including products purchased on other Re-sellers of Kaarpas, we accept returns according to the terms and conditions mentioned on the Re-seller website, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition within 15 days 

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at enquiry@kaarpas.com or +91 9850995089. We are happy to help you Monday through Friday from 10am IST to 6pm IST and on Saturdays from 10am to 3PM IST.

 

Refunds

To receive your refund for an item that you wish to return that you purchased from Kaarpas.com within the last 15 days, simply write a mail or contact us at our numbers mentioned on the website regarding the issue and ship the item to:

The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, the word “refund” and your original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit/debit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of two business days to refund a credit/debit card.

To perform an exchange, simply ship the unwanted item to:

 Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the desired item the same day. We will contact you for your credit card information if there is a balance due for the new item before shipping it out. You will receive a confirmation email when the new item ships so you know it’s on its way.
